Hi. I don't really understand the question. If you want to make a Romanian translation for a mod or something, then yes, you should translate those terms. If one's English proficiency is so low as to require a Romanian translation, then he'll absolutely need those terms translated in order to understand them.

I'm not at all sure about the accuracy of the translation of "VDFS physical first". I'd need to understand how the GothicStarter program works in order to give a better translation.

In this case, there will always be the first to read the file extension * vdf, arranged in directory of the game: "..\Gothic II\Data".
